20.00 Euro additional per night for each adult more than 2. Excluding 9% VAT. Adults are considered 10 years or older for our pricing calculation. Children under the age of 10 stay free. All utilities and ordinary cleaning fees are included in the price.

Services Details

In order to confirm your reservation, we require a 30% deposit of the amount of the stay. Your reservation will be offically confirmed once we received your deposit payment. We accept payment by bank wire, PayPal, Visa, Master Card or American Express. Price includes our 24/7 Concierge Service. Substantial discounts are available for stays longer than 10 days, Contact Us for more details. Upon check in, we will pre-authorize your credit card for your entire stay and return your deposit, less damages, lost keys, etc, when you check out. We will convert Euros to Czech Crowns at the current exchange rate for both your deposit payment and your final balance when you check out.

Check in time is 4:00 pm. Check out time is 11:30 am.

Airport & Train Station Transfers - Parking

You may have your airport and train station transfers handled privately by us. If you are driving to Prague, you will not need your car once you arrive. We highly recommend that you drive to the apartment, unload your bags, then park your car for the duration of your visit. We will show you a secure lot nearby the apartment to park your car. We can also pick you up or drop you off in other countries such as the riverboat docks in Budapest, Vienna or Nuremberg. For parties of 4 or more, this is often less expensive than the train, and much more reliable. Please visit our Transfers page for more information regarding parking and transportation to and from the airport, train station or another country.

Cancellations

Cancellations more than 30 days from your check-in date are entitled to a full refund, less any processing fees. Cancellations within 30 days of your check-in date are subject to full forfeiture of the deposit payment. No-shows are charged the full amount of the stay.

PayPal.Make Your Deposit Payment Online With PayPal

Once we have confirmed your check-in date, number of adults, total amount and deposit amount of your stay by email or telephone, PayPal account holders can make the Deposit Payment. Click on the PayPal button to make the deposit payment. You will see "Luxurious Accommodations in Prague" or "Alpha Enterprises s.r.o." on your PayPal receipt. There will be a slight delay while you are connected to PayPal's secure server.

Making Your Deposit Payment By Bank Wire

We will email you our bank wire instructions. Credit to our account is expected by the end of the 3rd business day after the date of booking. In the event of non-payment, one of our representatives will attempt to contact you by email, telephone or both to rectify the situation.
